Elephant 2000: A Programming Language Based on Speech Acts
This unpublished draft is a proposal for a new programming language, but it includes the mathematical theory of computation proposal for distinguishing input-output and accomplishment specifications, characterizes input and output statements as speech acts and allows reference to the past in programs.This is a draft of a proposal for a programming language in which its input and output statements are characterized as speech acts and programs can refer directly to the past. The proposal has been around for some time, but the resources to implement it still are not available.
